Nov 18, 2011 · Hopefully this will be a straightforward query: When doing a fresh Windows XP SP3 install (the CD includes SP3 already, and the CD is probably about 3-4 years old), is any version of .NET Framework installed either by XP SP3 or by the Windows/Microsoft Updates that are downloaded subsequent to installation?
