Oct 28, 2009 · UAC fails. if your wise enough to install AV, which then will flag only malicious .EXE's, viruses, other nasty's, then your wise enough to be protected. This way, safe programs like the one your trying to run wont be flagged unnecessarily. IMO UAC off. Quality AV on.
